Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Please don't share your login with anyone outside your family.

What you upload

You keep full ownership of every photo, video, document, and word you save in FutureFolio. By uploading, you grant us only the narrow permission needed to store the file and show it back to you inside the app.

You agree to upload only content you have the right to save — photos of your own child, documents about your child, and materials from schools or organizations that permit personal-use copies.

Acceptable use

Please don't use FutureFolio to store illegal content, other people's private information without permission, or anything that violates a child's dignity or safety. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work hard to keep FutureFolio running, but the service is provided "as is." We can't guarantee it will always be available or free of bugs. We recommend keeping your own backups of any irreplaceable photos.

Closing your account

You can delete individual moments from the app at any time. To close your account and delete all associated data, contact us at the email below.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect.
